Watch California marriage equality hearing online Monday 7/10

The California Court of Appeal will hear oral arguments in Woo v. California and five other cases that will decide whether excluding same-sex couples from marriage violates the California Constitution on Monday, July 10, 2006. The proceedings will be from 9am to 12 noon and 1:30pm to 3:30pm PST.
The California Channel will offer a satellite link for other television networks as well as a live streaming videocast of the oral arguments on its Web site at www.calchannel.com. NCLR Legal Director, Shannon Minter will be arguing before the Court of Appeal in Woo v. California and three other cases, representing Equality California, Our Family Coalition, and sixteen same-sex couples.
